Qualifications

• Experience in management/strategy consulting or healthcare payer environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities: data interpretation, financial modeling, research.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional workstreams with limited leadership support.
• Apply hypothesis-driven problem solving to strategic and operational challenges.
• Develop business cases and data-driven recommendations.
• Synthesize findings into executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
• Build trusted relationships with business partners and senior leaders.
