Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years in strategy/operations consulting or healthcare.
• Experience solving complex problems and supporting enterprise-level initiatives.
• Healthcare payer experience and senior leadership storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more cross-functional workstreams with limited senior leadership support.
• Apply hypothesis-driven problem solving to strategic and operational challenges.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and develop business cases.
• Synthesize findings into executive-level PowerPoint stories and recommendations.
• Deliver high-quality, data-backed outputs with limited rework.
• Build relationships with business partners and influence senior leaders.
• Navigate fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Pursue growth through coaching and feedback.
