Humana's Transformation Office is seeking a senior strategist to lead cross-functional workstreams and craft data-driven recommendations for executive leadership. You will develop business cases, present findings, and influence senior stakeholders across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience solving complex business problems and supporting enterprise-level initiatives.
• Healthcare payer experience in strategy, operations, analytics, or transformation.
• Structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving and quantitative analysis.
• Strong analytical capabilities including financial modeling and business cases.
• Ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and influence stakeholders with data.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more complex cross-functional workstreams with limited guidance.
• Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving to strategic challenges.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and develop business cases.
• Synthesize findings into clear executive-level stories and PowerPoint materials.
• Develop high-quality, data-backed deliverables with limited rework.
• Build trusted relationships with business partners and influence senior leaders.
• Collaborate across the enterprise in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
