Job summary

Humana’s Transformation Office seeks a high-caliber professional to lead cross-functional workstreams, develop data-driven business cases, and present clear executive-level recommendations. You will influence senior leaders and partner across the enterprise to accelerate enterprise transformation initiatives.

Preferred candidates have healthcare payer experience and a track record in strategy/operations consulting or equivalent roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in management consulting or healthcare strategy/operations or equivalent.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH) with 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics, or enterprise transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more complex, cross-functional workstreams with limited support from team leadership.
• Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving to complex strategic and operational challenges.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and develop business cases and data-driven recommendations.
• Synthesize complex findings into clear, compelling executive-level stories and PowerPoint presentations.
• Quickly develop high-quality, data-backed deliverables with limited rework.
• Build trusted relationships with business partners and effectively influence stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Work effectively across the enterprise in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, adapting as priorities and business needs evolve.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset by actively seeking and applying coaching and feedback.
