Job summary

Humana's Transformation Office seeks a strategic thinker to accelerate the enterprise strategy by identifying opportunities, designing solutions, and implementing initiatives across member, patient, provider, and associate experiences.

In this hybrid, in-office role in Louisville or Arlington, you will lead cross-functional workstreams, develop data-driven business cases, and translate complex findings into executive-level PowerPoint storytelling for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience, or Master's Degree with 2+ years in management consulting or healthcare industry.
• Experience in management consulting or strategy/operations consulting.
• Healthcare payer/insurer experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities including data interpretation, financial modeling, and research.
• Strong executive storytelling and communication, including PowerPoint for senior leadership.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of complex, cross-functional workstreams with guidance from team leadership.
• Apply structured hypothesis-driven problem solving to strategic and operational challenges.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and contribute to business cases and data-driven recommendations.
• Synthesize complex findings into clear, compelling executive-level stories and PowerPoint presentations.
• Develop high-quality, data-backed deliverables with limited rework.
• Build trusted relationships with business partners.
• Work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, adapting as priorities and business needs evolve.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset by actively seeking and applying coaching and feedback to accelerate professional development.
