Based in Louisville, KY or Arlington, VA with a hybrid schedule (in-office 3 days/week) and occasional travel, you will contribute to enterprise initiatives, financial analyses, and executive-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience, or Master's with 2+ years in management consulting or healthcare strategy.
• Experience solving strategic and operational problems for large-scale businesses, or healthcare payer/insurer environments.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data interpretation; ability to develop business cases and financial models.
• Proven ability to create executive-ready stories and presentations.
• Experience working in cross-functional enterprise-level initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of complex, cross-functional workstreams under team leadership.
• Apply hypothesis-driven problem solving to strategic and operational challenges.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and contribute to business cases and data-backed recommendations.
• Synthesize findings into clear executive-level stories and PowerPoint presentations.
• Develop high-quality deliverables with limited rework and build stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with leaders across the organization in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrate growth mindset by seeking feedback and accelerating development.
