Job summary

Ironclad is seeking a Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering to lead a high‑performing Enterprise SE team, partnering with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Customer Success to accelerate multi‑million dollar deals and enable scalable technical engagement.

You will translate complex AI and SaaS concepts into business value, build repeatable processes, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to align solutions with strategic priorities and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of supporting deal cycles through to close-won.
• Strong understanding of AI technology and the CLM/CRM/ERP software landscape.
• Experience hiring, motivating, and developing a team.
• 2+ years leading an Enterprise solutions engineering team, preferably in AI or B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Enterprise solutions engineering team.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Support Enterprise Sales throughout the sales cycle with technical alignment.
