Ironclad, the leading AI contract lifecycle management platform, is hiring for a Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering in San Francisco. You will lead a high-performing Enterprise SE team, ensuring technical alignment with enterprise deals and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive value.

You will shape strategy for SE support across deal cycles, mentor engineers, and scale processes to improve performance while advancing Ironclad’s platform and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading an Enterprise solutions engineering team, preferably in an AI or B2B SaaS setting.
• Strong understanding of AI technology and the CLM/CRM/ERP software landscape.
• Experience hiring, motivating, and developing a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Proven track record supporting deal cycles through to close-won.

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Enterprise solutions engineering team.

• Serve as a subject matter expert supporting the Enterprise Sales team throughout the sales cycle.
