Job summary

Qualified is seeking a Senior / Lead Software Engineer to own end-to-end product systems for enterprise-scale AI-enabled workflows. You will lead complex SaaS initiatives from design through production, shaping architecture and mentoring peers.

You will build reliable meeting-booking, calendaring, routing, and workflow integrations with CRM and marketing platforms; develop public APIs and webhooks; and advance AI-assisted capabilities while ensuring reliability and security at scale.

Qualifications

• Track record delivering complex SaaS capabilities from design through launch and ongoing operation.
• Strong full-stack skills with depth in backend systems, APIs, data models and background processing.
• Experience building/operating integrations with complex third-party platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex product initiatives from ambiguous problem through design, implementation, launch and ownership.
• Build reliable meeting-booking, calendaring, routing, and workflow experiences affecting customer conversion and revenue.
• Build and evolve integrations with CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, collaboration, calendaring, and data-enrichment platforms.
• Design intuitive public APIs and reliable webhooks for customers and partners to extend the product.
• Plan for third-party system realities: API limits, OAuth credentials, retries, and partial failures.
• Advance AI-assisted capabilities like meeting preparation and routing explanations of product behavior.
• Improve scalability, observability, security, and supportability of critical production systems and own root causes.
• Raise engineering bar through leadership, code reviews, and mentorship.
