Job summary

Anthropic seeks an experienced manager to lead the Solutions Architect team within Applied AI Enterprise Tech in New York. You will drive frontier AI adoption in partnership with the go-to-market organization, leveraging deep pre-sales and enterprise tech expertise to guide complex customer engagements.

You will hire, mentor, and scale a team of pre-sales Solutions Architects, set performance objectives with sales leadership, and act as a technical sponsor for strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years in technical pre-sales management
• 7+ years as Solutions Architect or similar pre-sales role
• Experience leading teams through hypergrowth
• Proven track record engaging C-level stakeholders in enterprise evaluations
• Visa sponsorship considered with commitment to assist

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the pre-sales Solutions Architect team
• Partner with account executives to drive adoption of Anthropic products
• Set team goals in collaboration with sales leadership
• Act as technical sponsor for strategic customers and advise on AI adoption strategies
• Collaborate with product and engineering to resolve blockers to adoption
• Travel to customer sites and conferences for executive sessions
