Job summary
The Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering at Ironclad will lead a high-performing Enterprise SE team in San Francisco, aligning technical efforts with Enterprise Sales to close strategic deals.
You'll coach engineers, shape scalable processes, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional buyer outcomes and drive revenue growth for AI and SaaS contracts.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of supporting deal cycles through to close-won.
- Strong understanding of AI technology and CLM/CRM/ERP landscapes.
- Experience hiring, motivating, and developing a team.
- 2+ years leading an Enterprise solutions engineering team, in AI or B2B SaaS.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Enterprise solutions engineering team.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, performance-driven culture.
- Support Enterprise Sales throughout the deal cycle with technical alignment.
- Work with Sales leadership to plan SE support for deals.
- Scale with repeatable processes to grow SE skills and product knowledge.
- Track growth metrics and seek ways to improve performance.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success for a unified experience.
- Bring insights to Ironclad’s Product Team to evolve the platform.
- Lead internal enablement and knowledge sharing.
