Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a senior project leader to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise initiatives, from initiation through stabilisation, coordinating readiness, testing, cutover, and change management. You will partner with platform architects, application owners, developers, integration teams, and data teams to translate requirements into sequenced delivery plans and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end delivery of large enterprise projects.
• Ability to coordinate business readiness, testing, cutover planning, and change management.
• Experience with application modernization and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own governance across scope, schedule, budget, risks and issues with transparent reporting.
• Coordinate Agile/technical delivery: sprint planning, backlog, release management, UAT, production-readiness.
• Oversee onshore/offshore teams and multiple concurrent Salesforce, integration, and data initiatives.
