Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors in Houston is seeking a Project Manager to lead moderately complex engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. You will coordinate with Resource Leaders, manage contracts, and maintain project plans in Vision.

Responsibilities include defining scope with stakeholders, managing change notices, and guiding a cross-functional team to successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering preferred.
• PMI/PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Up to 10 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Familiarity with Hargrove project execution procedures and project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project management for moderately complex engineering projects.
• Manage commercial contracts and ensure invoices are paid on time.
• Track budget, schedule, and quality; maintain project plans in Vision.
• Define scope, goals and deliverables with stakeholders; build client alignment.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and conduct weekly coordination meetings.
• Prepare and present status reports, change notices, and risk assessments.
• Close out projects with documentation and client sign-off.
