Job summary

Hargrove EPC in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead moderately complex engineering assignments. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality, coordinating with client teams and internal disciplines to deliver projects on time and within performance targets.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor or Master of Science in engineering, PMP certification preferred, and has up to 10 years of project management experience in engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineering and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration is highly preferred.
• Up to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget and deliverables to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with Engineering Resource Leaders to estimate man hours and control costs.
• Track performance budget progress, schedule commitments and quality standards.
• Lead a productive team and promote positive client relationships throughout the project life cycle.
• Prepare and review project documentation, change notices and reports.
