Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee moderately complex engineering projects within time, budget, and quality targets. The role requires coordinating with resource leaders, clients, and internal teams to align scope, schedule, and deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering, PMP preferred, and up to 10 years of related experience. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to drive project success and

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university is preferred.
• Professional Engineering and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration is highly preferred.
• This position requires up to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
• Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures and project controls tools.
• Ability to lead a team to deliver on commitments and manage client relationships in complex situations.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage promotional projects minimizing cost and accurately estimate man hours.
• Manage commercial contracts on one or more projects and ensure timely invoicing and change notices.
• Maintain control of project budget, schedule commitments, and quality standards using project tools.
• Lead major technical, cost, scheduling and performance decisions on assigned projects.
• Define project scope and deliverables with stakeholders and communicate plans to the client and team.
