Job summary

Hargrove is seeking a Project Manager to oversee moderately complex engineering projects from initiation through closeout. You will collaborate with Engineering Resource Leaders to estimate professional services hours, manage budgets, schedules, and quality, and ensure client deliverables align with scope and design criteria.

The role requires leading a team, coordinating resources, and maintaining executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university is preferred.
• PM certification such as PMP is highly preferred.
• Up to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
• Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures and project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage promotional projects minimizing cost to Hargrove while meeting objectives.
• Manage commercial contracts on projects and ensure timely invoicing and handling Change Notices.
• Track budget, schedule, and quality; maintain project discipline and reporting.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with client collaboration.
• Lead project teams and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports and manage documentation and submittals.
