Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a Project Manager to oversee moderately complex engineering projects from initiation to closeout in Pasadena, TX. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure deliverables meet client specifications and quality standards.

Collaboration with stakeholders and proactive risk management are essential to the role. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering, PMP or PE preferred, and up to 10 years of

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university is preferred.
• Certification: Professional Engineering and/or PMP is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage moderately complex engineering projects to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.
• Coordinate with Engineering Resource Leaders to estimate professional services hours and control project costs.
• Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget, and track performance against plans.
• Lead a team to deliver commitments and align client expectations across stakeholders.
• Manage client relationships and communicate scope changes promptly through the Change Notice process.
