Job summary

Hargrove seeks an accomplished Project Manager to oversee moderately complex engineering projects, delivering on time, within budget, and to high quality. You will manage contracts, track performance, and drive change management with stakeholders and clients.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the use of project controls to ensure successful project outcomes across engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in complex project management and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of moderately complex engineering project management to ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality targets.
• Manage commercial contracts on multiple projects and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure invoices, change notices, and reports are processed in a timely manner and project plans are current.
• Lead project team, coordinate resources, and communicate plans and progress weekly.
