• Two years of experience as an Employment Services Technician 1 with the State of Alaska or equivalent.
• Three years of related employment services experience including program coordination and client support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the Anchorage Midtown Job Center’s resource room and supervise EST 1 staff.
• Hire, schedule, train, and manage performance; guide day-to-day workflow and service quality.
• Build partnerships with workforce and community organizations; monitor program performance.
