Qualifications

• One year of experience as Eligibility Technician 2 with the State of Alaska or the equivalent with another employer.
• OR One year performing similar work that developed knowledge and skills in applying program requirements to diverse situations, conducting interviews, and gathering information in order to obtain and verify information while working with client customers in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SWFM team for the Division’s Statewide Workflow Monitor (SWFM) team under the Field Services group.
• Manage and process a prioritized, specialized caseload that requires advanced program and policy knowledge, along with strong research and problem-solving skills to address complex, challenging, and sensitive cases.
• Work on projects and initiatives that are of immediate and urgent need for the Division and its clientele.
