Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of journey technical level human resource experience; equivalent to HR Technician 2.
• Substitution options include dispatching experience or two years of postsecondary education for eligibility.
• Special Note: HR work includes recruitment, payroll, or employee benefits, training, or compliance; supervision alone does not qualify.

Responsibilities

• Direct and perform payroll duties, resolving complex payroll, leave and compensation issues.
• Provide guidance to the Payroll Team, admin staff and employees, incorporating regulations and policies.
• Support HR team to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
