Job summary

Alaskajobs is seeking a Human Resource Technician 2 to support statewide Learning & Development programs across Alaska. You will respond to help desk tickets, assist with training administration, and help maintain performance-related tasks.

You will work with the HR Consultant 3 and L&D Manager to simplify processes and improve efficiency. A hybrid schedule balances collaboration with independent work.

Qualifications

• Six months of entry technical level experience in human resource work equivalent to a Human Resource Technician 1.
• High school graduation equivalent with 12 years total work experience as per substitution notes.
• One year of advanced clerical experience as per substitution.
• Postsecondary education (32 semester hours or 48 quarter hours) may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Learning & Development programs and administration.
• Respond to help desk tickets and troubleshoot AspireAlaska issues.
• Support training administration, certificates, records, and office hours.
• Collaborate with HR Consultant 3 and Learning & Development Manager to improve processes.
