Responsibilities

• Provides highly complex technical support for statewide enterprise communications technologies (production print and mail systems).
• Acts as technical lead for complex end-user technologies, collaborating with vendors on systems development and maintenance.
• Leads development and documentation of standardized procedures for complex support tasks; publishes reports on production print and mail functions.
• Leads training on production print and mail services and develops training materials for staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Associate's degree in information technology

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field

Bachelor’s degree + 2 years IT experience

Master’s degree + 1 year IT experience

Four years IT experience

Six years IT experience in any field + 2 years IT experience

Twenty-four semester hours in IT, computer science, engineering, math, or business analytics + 1 year IT experience
