• Collaborate with agency personnel to operate production mail handling equipment on a 24/7 basis and manage related IT tracking/audit logging.
• Receive and provide instruction as a team leader, overseeing a work cell with one or more printing or mail machines.
• Participate in ongoing education, training, and cross-training to improve performance.
• All other duties assigned.
