Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical testing, power systems, transmission and distribution.
- Strong understanding of substation equipment and testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment and commissioning activities.
- Ability to interpret test results and make sound technical recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership, training, and field support across transmission and distribution testing activities.
- Assess and develop employee competencies; design and deliver training programs.
- Lead testing and commissioning of protective relaying systems, transformers, breakers, and other substation equipment.
- Support field operations, outages, and emergency response activities.
- Analyze test data to identify trends and inform maintenance strategies.
- Provide on-site technical oversight for substation projects and outages.
