Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Electrical/Electronic technology.
• 5+ years relevant industry experience.
• NETA III certification is required.
• Industry certification programs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead field safety briefings and ensure PPE compliance on site.
• Direct testing, inspection, and maintenance of HV/MV/LV equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical/control system issues using schematics.
• Coordinate daily field activities with engineers and crew.
• Review field reports, logs, and discrepancies for accuracy.
• Mentor junior technicians and reinforce best practices.
