Job summary

ICS Holding, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead a team of electricians and technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on construction projects. You will collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of electrical systems, and the ability to manage resources, documentation, and client communication in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electrical systems preferred.
• Certification as an electrician or electrical technician.
• Proven experience as a Foreman or supervisor in construction.
• 2+ years of field construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of electricians and technicians, assign tasks and mentor staff.
• Coordinate electrical work with project schedule, ensure timely completion.
• Oversee installations, maintenance and repair of electrical systems per codes and specs.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks on site.
• Perform inspections and quality checks against design intent and specs.
