Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Certified electrician or electrical technician certification is desirable.
• 3+ years of field construction management experience.
• Proven leadership experience in electrical general superintendent roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical construction activities on project sites and ensure schedule alignment.
• Lead and manage electricians, subcontractors, and technicians with focus on safety and quality.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to integrate electrical work with other trades.
• Ensure compliance with codes, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Review electrical shop drawings and submittals for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor progress, report milestones, and manage change orders when required.
