Job summary

ICS Holding, LLC seeks an experienced Electrical General Superintendent to oversee electrical construction on project sites. You will lead electricians, subcontractors, and technicians, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely, safe, and compliant electrical installations.

The role emphasizes planning, execution, quality control, and strong communication to achieve project milestones and client satisfaction in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (required).
• Electrical certification or licensure preferred.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar senior role in construction.
• 3+ years of field construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Coordination with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Lead and manage a team of electricians, subcontractors, and technicians.
• Oversee electrical construction activities including material procurement, installation, wiring, and testing.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely material delivery.
• Implement quality control measures; conduct inspections and tests.
• Promote and enforce safety culture; conduct safety meetings and audits.
• Maintain documentation of electrical installations, drawings, shop drawings, and submittals.
• Monitor progress and report on schedules, milestones, and completion dates.
• Assess and manage change orders; evaluate impact on schedule, cost, and resources.
• Maintain effective client and stakeholder communication.
