Job summary

ICS Holding, LLC is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead a team of electricians and technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. You will coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure projects stay on schedule while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of electrical systems, and the ability to manage resources and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training in electrical systems is preferred).
• Relevant certification as an electrician or electrical technician.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
• 2+ years of experience in field construction management

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of electricians and electrical technicians, assigning tasks and guiding performance.
• Coordinate electrical work with project managers, contractors, and schedules.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems per codes and specs.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks to maintain a safe site.
• Perform inspections and quality checks to ensure design intent and standards.
• Manage resources, materials, and manpower for efficient execution.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve electrical issues promptly.
• Document progress, material usage, and labor hours; report status to leadership.
