Job summary

ICS Holding, LLC is seeking an Electrical General Superintendent to oversee project-site electrical construction. You will coordinate installation, assure code compliance, and supervise electricians, subcontractors, and technicians to meet project goals.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to plan work sequences, monitor progress, and control quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle. Strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Relevant electrician or electrical technician certification.
• Proven leadership in electrical construction management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical construction on a project site and ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety rules.
• Lead electricians, subcontractors, and technicians; supervise safe, efficient installations.
• Plan and coordinate electrical work with project managers and engineers.
• Coordinate procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and ensure quality control and record-keeping.
• Monitor progress, report milestones, and manage schedule changes.
• Manage change orders and assess impact on cost and time.
• Maintain client communication and provide project updates to stakeholders.
• Uphold safety program, conduct meetings, and enforce corrective actions.
