Job summary

ICS Holding, LLC is seeking a Superintendent to oversee electrical construction on project sites, coordinating installation, scheduling, and compliance with plans, codes, and safety regulations. You will lead a team of electricians, subcontractors, and technicians, collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure successful completion of electrical projects.

Responsibilities include planning, procurement oversight, quality control, safety programs, documentation, and progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years of field construction management experience.
• Experience with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Coordination with managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Lead and manage electricians, subcontractors, and technicians; ensure safe installations.
• Oversee electrical construction activities, including procurement, installation, wiring, and testing.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Implement quality control measures; conduct inspections and tests for compliance.
• Promote and enforce safety culture on the project site; conduct safety meetings and audits.
• Maintain accurate documentation of electrical installations and shop drawings.
• Monitor progress and report status, milestones, and delays to project managers.
• Evaluate change order requests and document approved changes.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
