Job summary

ICS Holding, LLC seeks an Electrical General Superintendent to oversee site electrical construction, lead electricians and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards. You will coordinate with engineers and project managers to drive on-time delivery of electrical installations.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of electrical systems, and proven field management experience in a construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Certification as electrician or electrical technician.
• 3+ years of field construction management experience.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project plans, schedules, and electrical work sequences; ensure cross-trade coordination.
• Lead and manage a team of electricians, subcontractors, and technicians; provide guidance and supervision.
• Oversee procurement, installation, wiring, and testing; ensure compliance with specs and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors; review work and monitor performance.
• Implement quality control; conduct inspections and tests for compliance.
• Promote safety culture; conduct meetings, inspections, and audits.
• Maintain electrical documentation, drawings, and shop submittals.
• Monitor progress; report status, milestones, and delays to stakeholders.
• Assess change orders; determine impact on schedule and costs.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Perform additional duties as required by leadership.
