Job summary

ICS Holding, LLC is seeking a seasoned Electrical General Superintendent to lead on-site execution of electrical construction projects. You will supervise electricians, subcontractors, and technicians, ensuring alignment with plans, codes, and safety standards while coordinating with project managers and engineers.

This role requires strong leadership, schedule management, and change-order handling, with hands-on oversight of procurement, testing, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience on construction sites.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and testing procedures.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and technical docs.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: develop plans, schedules and sequences for electrical work.
• Team Leadership: supervise electricians, subcontractors, and technicians on-site.
• Construction Execution: oversee material procurement, wiring, testing, and commissioning.
• Subcontractor/Vendor Coordination: manage deliveries, review work, resolve conflicts.
• Quality Assurance: implement QC measures and address non-compliance.
• Safety Management: conduct safety meetings and audits, enforce regulations.
• Documentation: maintain shop drawings, as-builts, and manuals.
• Progress & Change Orders: monitor progress, manage changes, report status.
• Client/Stakeholder Communication: provide updates and address concerns.
