Integrated Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead a team of electricians and technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.

You will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and leadership to deliver projects safely and efficiently. The role requires supervising field crews, ensuring compliance with codes, coordinating schedules, and providing technical guidance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electrical systems preferred.
• Certification as an electrician or electrical technician.
• Proven experience as Electrical Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in construction.
• 2+ years of field construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electricians and technicians, assign tasks and mentor the team.
• Coordinate electrical work with project managers, contractors and other trades.
• Oversee installations, maintenance and repair of electrical systems per codes and project specs.
• Enforce safety protocols; conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Perform inspections and quality checks to ensure design intent and specs are met.
• Manage resources including manpower, equipment, and materials to keep projects on schedule.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve issues on electrical tasks.
• Maintain project documentation and report progress, issues, and delays.
