Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive experience in construction management, site supervision or project coordination, including leadership roles
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean record; no immigration sponsorship
• Relocation not offered; reside within 50 miles of Menomonee Falls, WI or Mount Pleasant, WI

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle project delivery—from planning and budgeting to scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
• Review technical requirements, scope of work, and timelines during handoff
• Use project management tools to track milestones, manage deliverables, and ensure on-site execution stays on course
• Facilitate and lead project meetings with stakeholders
• Coordinate work around other trades to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption
• Manage project closeout activities including punch lists, warranty handoff, and ownership transition
• Act as primary on-site contact for all EESS-related activities
• Promote safety initiatives across all job sites
• Oversee cost control, change orders, and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with commercial operations, sales engineers, and tech support to align client expectations
• Mentor team members to build capability
• Travel up to 50% of the time
