Job summary

Comfort Systems USA, Inc. seeks an experienced Foreman Electrician to oversee a crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial projects. You will lead, train, mentor, and evaluate performance while ensuring work meets top quality and safety standards.

You will read project specs, blueprints and schematics, develop manpower schedules, perform field layouts, and coordinate with other trades to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities with the capability to grow in this area (lead/coach teams).
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and contract-related documents.
• Good communications with other trades and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to the highest standards.
