Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating layouts, reading blueprints, and mentoring team members to develop skills and efficiency on site. Strong communication with supervision is required to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates leadership abilities and teams of ~5 electricians.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs and schematics.
• Aptitude for coordinating field layout and layouts from project documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality meets high standards and project specs.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team and manage materials lists.
