DEPCOM Power, Inc. leads the design and deployment of solar and energy storage projects across the United States. This role guides the technical design of solar and BESS power plants, creates electrical drawing packages, and mentors engineers to raise our standards.

The successful candidate will apply knowledge of electrical codes, power infrastructure design, and first-principles analysis to deliver safe, reliable projects while driving process improvements and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; PE licensure preferred.
• Requires knowledge of electrical codes and power infrastructure design.
• Experience mentoring team members and optimizing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of Solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) power plants.
• Create electrical drawing packages and documentation.
• Mentor team members and optimize engineering workflows and standards.
