Norlee Group is seeking a Lead Electrical Estimator to lead the estimating process for commercial electrical construction opportunities. You will review drawings, develop material and labor takeoffs, solicit pricing from vendors, and prepare comprehensive cost estimates and bid proposals.

You will collaborate with leadership, Project Managers, field teams, and suppliers to ensure accurate, competitive bids.

Qualifications

• Lead the estimating process for commercial electrical construction opportunities.
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to determine estimating requirements.
• Develop detailed cost estimates with direct/indirect costs, labor, materials, and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Lead estimating and bid management from opportunity review through proposal submission.
• Coordinate with leadership, Project Managers, Superintendents, Purchasing, and vendors.
• Perform and oversee detailed electrical takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Prepare bid summaries, price proposals, and scope narratives; participate in post-bid reviews.
