Job summary

Norlee Group seeks a Senior Electrical Estimator with a minimum of 7 years of estimating experience to lead electrical bids across the Norlee platform. You will develop accurate estimates, collaborate with business development and executive teams, and ensure competitiveness in the marketplace.

This role requires strong knowledge of NEC, experience with large-scale projects, and the ability to mentor a growing estimating team while delivering timely, well-documented turnover packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering with 10+ years of healthcare and commercial electrical estimating experience.
• Experience leading bids for projects exceeding $50 million.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and related standards; ability to deliver accurate, timely estimates.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complete cost estimates for electrical projects, including bids exceeding $50 million.
• Review bid documents to determine scope and ensure precise estimates.
• Maintain organized estimating files with backup documentation and supplier data.
• Provide mentorship and training to the estimating team.
• Identify value-engineering opportunities to improve competitiveness.
