Job summary

Norlee Group is seeking a Commercial Electrical Project Manager to lead small to mid-size commercial electrical construction projects from turnover to closeout. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, procurement, financial performance, field coordination, and client communication.

You will work with Superintendents, Estimators, Purchasing, Engineering, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and owners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing small to mid-sized commercial electrical construction projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills.
• Familiarity with NEC and local electrical codes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage commercial electrical projects from turnover through closeout.
• Review contracts, estimates, scopes, drawings, schedules, and budgets to set execution plans.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and develop/maintain schedules with field leadership.
• Coordinate electrical distribution, switchgear, lighting, and power with other trades.
• Monitor labor productivity, control costs, and ensure contract compliance and safety.
• Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and owner billings.
• Maintain communications with general contractors, owners, architects, engineers, and vendors.
