Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead our client-site eDiscovery laboratory. You will oversee delivery of lab data processing services, ensure productions meet ESI specifications, and provide detailed notices of deficiencies to case attorneys.

You’ll coordinate across attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Applicants should have extensive Relativity experience, RCA or Analytics certification preferred, and 8+ years in eDiscovery

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• Relativity certifications including RCA and/or Relativity Analytics Specialist strongly preferred.
• At least eight years of experience in eDiscovery roles including processing, image/data conversion, data culling, QA, and data analysis.
• At least five years of experience at the management/supervisory level.
• Requires thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Working knowledge of iConect, Relativity, Venio or similar tools.
• Undergraduate degree required; waiver may be approved by the Contracting Officer.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of lab data processing services.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks; develop processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys on ESI specifications and participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Ensure incoming productions meet ESI specs and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Keep clients informed on lab activities, deadlines, and resource availability.
• Provide webhosting support for unsupported cases managed by the lab.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals at a client-site lab: scheduling, progress reports, and QC.
• Advise on EDRM phases: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, and Production.
