Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced E-House Solution Architect to lead the development of integrated modular power infrastructure solutions for utility, industrial, renewable energy, data center, mining, and infrastructure customers. This role serves as the technical authority during customer engagements, translating complex requirements into innovative, manufacturable E-House solutions.

You will work closely with customers, sales teams, engineering, manufacturing, and project execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Power Systems, or related engineering field.
• 10+ years in power systems, substations or modular power infrastructure.
• Experience designing or supporting E-House, modular substation, PDC/IPC, or similar solutions.
• Experience with customers, EPCs, utilities, or industrial end users.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical customer engagements, workshops, design reviews, and solution validation.
• Serve as advisor to utilities, EPCs, industrial customers, and data center operators.
• Translate requirements into integrated E-House architectures balancing Tech and cost.
• Define modular power infrastructure solutions including electrical, structural, HVAC, safety and automation.
• Develop E-House concepts: layouts, transportation, lifting, and installation considerations.
• Evaluate equipment placement, weight, cable routing, access, maintainability, and loads.
• Architect HVAC and environmental controls for reliable operation.
• Support integration of fire, safety, monitoring systems.
• Lead solution development for proposals, bids, and tenders.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and project teams.
• Assess risks and drive technical-commercial decisions.
• Define SCADA, PLC, communication, automation, and digital power architectures.
• Support proof-of-concept initiatives and demonstrations.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and specs.
• Provide technical leadership and contribute to best practices.
