Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced E-House Solution Architect to lead the development of integrated modular power infrastructure solutions for utilities, industrials, renewables, data centers, mining and infrastructure customers.

This role acts as the technical authority during customer engagements to translate complex requirements into innovative, manufacturable E-House solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Power Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of 10 years in power systems, substations, E-House solutions or modular power infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience designing and supporting modular infrastructure solutions (E-House, IPC, PDC).
• Experience with customer engagements, proposals, and pre-sales activities.
• Strong knowledge of structural, mechanical, HVAC, and safety considerations for modular power infra.
• Familiarity with standards such as NEMA, IEC, IEEE, ANSI, NFPA; travel 25%–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical customer engagements, workshops, design reviews, and solution validation discussions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to utilities, EPCs, industrial customers, and data center operators.
• Translate requirements into integrated E-House architectures balancing tech performance with manufacturability and transportability.
• Define complete modular power infrastructure solutions including electrical, structural, mechanical, HVAC, safety, automation, and digital systems.
• Develop E-House concepts including layouts, transportation strategies, lifting methodologies, and installation considerations.
• Evaluate equipment placement, cable routing, and load paths for maintainability and safety.
• Architect HVAC and environmental controls for reliable operation of critical electrical equipment.
• Support integration of fire detection, protection, safety, and monitoring systems.
• Lead technical solution development for proposals, bids, and tenders.
