Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced E-House Solution Architect to lead the development of integrated modular power infrastructure solutions for utility, industrial, renewable energy, data center, mining, and infrastructure customers. This role serves as the technical authority during customer engagements, translating complex requirements into scalable E-House solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil or related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years in power systems, substations, E-House solutions, modular power infra.
• Experience designing, architecting, or supporting modular infrastructure solutions (E-House, IPC, PDC).
• Direct experience working with customers, EPCs, utilities, or industrial end users.
• Experience supporting technical proposals, bids, tendering, or pre-sales solution development.
• Strong understanding of structural and mechanical aspects: transport, lifting, seismic design, load analysis, thermal management.
• Knowledge of HVAC, environmental controls, and safety systems in critical power infra.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical customer engagements, workshops, design reviews, and solution validation discussions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to utilities, EPCs, industrial customers, and data center operators.
• Translate requirements into integrated E-House architectures balancing performance, cost, manufacturability and transportability.
• Define complete modular power infrastructure solutions including electrical, structural, mechanical, HVAC, safety and automation systems.
• Develop E-House concepts including layouts, transportation strategies, lifting methodologies and environmental controls.
• Evaluate equipment placement, weight distribution, cable routing, access, maintainability and load paths.
• Architect HVAC and environmental control solutions for reliable operation of electrical equipment.
• Support integration of fire detection, fire suppression, safety and environmental monitoring systems.
• Lead solution development for proposals, bids and tender opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, tendering, engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to differentiate solutions.
• Assess risks across technical, commercial, operational, and execution dimensions.
• Define SCADA, PLC, communication, automation, and digital power architectures integration.
• Support proof-of-concept initiatives and demonstrations for new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and customer specs.
