WillScot is seeking a Dispatcher to own the transactional logistics schedule for an assigned territory, including supervising personnel. The role requires coordinating between in-house and vendor drivers to optimize cost and time for delivery, installation, service, and relocations.

• High school diploma or GED required, plus relevant experience.
• 2 years of work experience in logistics or related field.
• 2 years of experience managing one or more employees or a track record of supervisory duties.
• 1 year of experience with WillScot is acceptable in lieu of some responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of the transactional logistics schedule for assigned territory.
• Determine optimal transportation means (in-house or vendor) to balance cost and time.
• Oversee safety policies, training, and safety documentation.
• Coordinate daily tasks for Drivers, Field Techs, Setup Crews, Transportation Coordinators, and Branch Coordinators.
• Monitor delivery and pickup schedules to ensure 100% on-time performance.
