Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery in Retail Health. Remote Massachusetts-based role leading a multidisciplinary team to translate clinical vision into scalable Epic-enabled roadmaps, improving patient outcomes and reducing costs.

You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to drive care models, ensure safety and quality, and optimize patient and provider experiences across outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and Epic implementation.
• Experience partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and care pathways.
• Hands-on expertise with Epic EHR workflows and translating operational requirements into Epic build.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare delivery leadership to design end-to-end care models and reduce administrative burden.
• Lead cross-functional technology teams to execute care model strategy and product roadmaps.
• Establish shared outcome metrics linking technology investments to clinical quality and financial performance.
• Oversee end-to-end technology lifecycle from problem discovery to deployment and outcome realization.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing product team of translators across Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists, and designers.
