Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery Products in a remote Massachusetts setting. You will shape strategy and oversee Epic-enabled care pathways to deliver high-quality outpatient care.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and UX designers, partnering with clinical and operations leaders to align technology with value-based care and cost outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
Proven history of partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways.

Responsibilities

Lead technology product strategy and execution for core clinical care delivery products including documentation, in-clinic and virtual care encounters, and care coordination.
Oversee multidisciplinary teams to translate clinical vision into scalable roadmaps and architectures.
Ensure end-to-end technology design and integration with Epic workflows and external data sources.
