Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
- Proven history of partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways.
- Hands-on experience with Epic EHR workflows, module configurations, and translating operational requirements into Epic build.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to define care model strategy and ensure safe, efficient outpatient care delivery.
- Lead cross-functional technology teams to surface how to enable care model strategy and drive end-to-end execution of technology products.
- Translate clinical ideas into rigorous problem statements and actionable product specs for Epic/technology architectures.
- Oversee end-to-end technology design and integration of external data sources with Epic workflows.
